The Position
The Application / Solution Architect will responsible for architecting, designing and building our next generation operational and business intelligence applications. It is a big job with lots of challenge. The right candidate will effectively collaborate with all levels of our organization, capture the business vision, functional and non-functional requirements needed to create application and database designs for operational and BI systems. The candidate will be asked to coach others in the areas of operational and BI application and data architecture.

Agri Stats is a successful privately held company, in business since 1985. We are the recognized leader in providing benchmarking reports and performance management consulting with agribusinesses including Tyson, Butterball, Louis Rich, Perdue, and Jennie-O/ The Turkey Store, to name a few.
Our headquarters are just off of I-69 and Coldwater in the beautiful Brotherhood Mutual office park.

Agri Stats produces benchmarking reports to the for the Chicken, Turkey, Commercial Egg, and Swine industries.
As we saturate the domestic markets, we have also moved into the international markets. We currently have poultry customers in Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Panama and Puerto Rico. Our future goals are to move into the South American and South African markets.
The Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a degree focused in Computer Science or Information Systems and experience designing agile flexible systems, Business Intelligence tools, ETL tools, and methodologies such as Rational Unified Process. Experience with Object Oriented design and analysis and Java is a plus
